Our Coaches
Our coaches are of a very high standard and are of the most modern vehicles on our roads today. Very luxurious and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and toilets, our coaches make the journey to your destination hassle free and relaxing. In fact your holiday starts once you set foot on our coach. We may on some occasions need to hire coaches which are not our own to operate our tours.
Seat Allocation
We allocate the best available seats once you have made your booking, so early booking is advisable and you can make a request for a particular seat. For operational reasons a coach with different seat configuration may be necessary on certain occasions. Seat allocation only applies to the main tour coach and not feeder services, and your allocated seat remains the same until you have completed your holiday. We do reserve the right to change seat allocation when needed.
Excursions
Most of our tours include daily excursions, and they will nearly always follow the order in which they are instructed in the brochure. However local conditions will always dictate the actual days of operation of the excursions we feature in our tour itineraries and your driver will be the final authority on this. Due to new EU Regulations on Drivers' hours and rest periods, it may on occasion be necessary to hire a local coach or driver at our resort for a local excursion.
Drivers
Throughout you short break or holiday you will always be taken care of by our professional and experienced drivers. All of our drivers posses great knowledge and excellent customer care, and will be on hand throughout the tour to assist you in any way.
HOTELS
Our hotels are carefully selected for their high standard of accommodation, service, cuisine and friendliness as well as their suitable location as a base for our excursions. Most of the hotels we use are of 2*, 3* or 4* standard and have been visited by our own staff to ensure the best quality and service.
Special Requests
We value all of our customers needs, and we aim to try and satisfy all of our customers 'special requests', whether they are diet requirements or disability needs. We strongly advise that you make your special requests directly to a member of our sales team as we are unable to accept a request on a booking form as a condition of booking.
Bedrooms
Bedrooms are usually twin or double bedded and can be requested when booking. Most of the hotels in the UK have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This is far less frequent in Europe. All hotels featured in our brochure include rooms with en suite bath or shower and W.C. Triple rooms may often consist of two main beds and a fold away, convertible couch type bed. We do advise that you do not book a triple room for three adults.
Single Rooms
Many of our hotels now offer a set number of single rooms without a supplement fee. These rooms are limited and a supplement will apply once the allocation has been taken, so if you are a single traveller we strongly advise that you make your booking as early as possible.
Porterage
Your driver will always endeavour to assist you in getting your luggage on and off the coach. However, is not obliged to carry your luggage any further. Porterage may not be available at most hotels, and if so may incur an extra charge.
Child Reductions
We do offer child reduction on most of our tours but these invariably apply where there are already two adults booked to share a room and the child is the third person. Child reductions are not available on any events or tours involving tickets.
