The Great Dorset Steam Fair is an annual show featuring steam-powered vehicles and machinery; the fair was founded in 1968 and it has been held every summer since. On Saturday 13 October, the London Welsh Male Voice Choir will present the 26th London Welsh Festival of Male Choirs in the Royal Albert Hall, with 15 guest choirs, this biennial festival has become recognised as one of the world's premier massed choral concerts.
On the 11th November, the day of WW1 armistice, the UK joins together to remember the many brave individuals who passed whilst serving their country and 2018 is an especially poignant year, marking 100 years since the end of WW1.
